Activities:

- In the Innovation Centre InQuoSens, research in the areas of quantum optics and industrial sensor technology is carried out by the Institute for Micro and Nano Technologies MacroNano® of the Technical University of Ilmenau and by the Abbe Center of Photonics (ACP) of the FSU Jena. The cooperation of these two centres which are complementarily positioned in technological terms, makes it possible to cover the whole scientific process chain, starting with basic research and going on to process development and characterisation up to system integration and prototype development in quantum optics and sensor technology, by taking into account the requirements of the industry at the same time.
