- The company participates in any form in tasks and measures in the interest of the State of Thuringia for structural, especially structural, infrastructural and economic development, especially in the fields: Industry and commerce, housing and urban development, environmental protection, contaminated site management and energy. For this purpose, it is available to the Land of Thuringia, its towns and municipalities, associations of municipalities, regional development agencies and other clients. LEG does not compete with companies in which the state holds an interest. Within the framework of integrated site development, the company deals in particular with the acquisition, redevelopment, development, reorganization and preparation for construction, administration, brokerage, encumbrance and sale of real estate; the acquisition, setting-up and construction, operation, administration, brokerage and sale of buildings, facilities and equipment of any kind; investor acquisition; site marketing; measures to secure skilled workers; measures to implement the state's digital and fibre-optic strategy.
