Object

(1) The purpose of the cooperative is to promote the acquisition and economy of the members through joint business operations to secure income. 2. The object of the undertaking is: (a) the production, storage, processing and marketing of agricultural products and the joint purchase of materials, consumables and other agricultural commodities, (b) the joint management of agricultural land belonging to the members, cooperative-owned and other leased agricultural land, (c) the provision of services of all kinds and the joint use of agricultural goods. (d) the letting or leasing of buildings, installations, housing, etc., (e) participation in other undertakings, (f) the creation and operation of subsidiaries, (g) the production and use of renewable energy sources and the production and marketing of energy. (3) The extension of business operations to non-members is permitted.
