In addition, the company's purpose is realised in planned cooperation within the meaning of § 57 (3) AO with other tax-privileged companies within the group of companies of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt Alten-, Jugend- und Sozialhilfe gGmbH, which meet the requirements of §§ 51 to 68 AO of the Tax Code. For this purpose, the company provides premises and services in the field of business management, human resources, accounting and other services to the aforementioned entities, which support them in the direct fulfilment of their charitable purposes and promote the achievement of these purposes. In addition, the company is a recipient of services within the meaning of § 57 para. 3 AO, in particular services in the areas of kitchen supply, catering as well as transport services, cleaning as well as services and administrative services that are used for the direct fulfilment of the charitable purposes of the company. The Company is entitled to carry out all transactions and measures that appear necessary or useful to achieve the Company's purpose. In order to carry out its tasks, it may make use of, participate in, acquire, construct or lease other undertakings as well as ancillary and ancillary undertakings. It can support the non-profit statutory objectives of other corporations, in particular those of the Workers' Welfare Association, financially or through donations in kind.
