- Founded in July 1991 - operating under the name of Avermann Maschinenfabrik GmbH until Apr. 2005. - Headquarters moved from Erfurt to Ichtershausen-Thörey (Feb. 2005). - The AVERMANN group of companies has a total of around 430 employees. In addition to the head office in Osnabrück, the group includes production companies in Thörey as well as in Poland and Hungary. The focus is on the production of machines for the collection, compaction, crushing, transport and sorting of waste and recyclable materials, as well as the development and production of steel formwork, tilting tables, concrete distributors and other products for the prefabrication of precast concrete elements.
