The company also provides services in the support of computer and communication technology as well as software maintenance.

- Software development and implementation (complex solutions for the field of immunohaematology, interfaces and automation solutions for laboratory operations, guideline-compliant documentation according to medical standards, SQL database applications for in-house needs, Implementation and technical support for laboratories and business users) - IT project consulting (automation and organisational solutions for laboratories, networks, terminal server solutions for medium-sized and larger law or tax firms, virtualisation solutions under VMWare ESX Server) - Software and hardware sales (sales of own software products, such as BECOM BlutDepot, MultiLab QK, Contact Management System incl. working time recording, cloud box management; distribution of hardware and standard software, distribution/service of complete network installations with all infrastructure components).
