Object

The object of the cooperative enterprise is the joint use of the land made available to the cooperative on the basis of lease agreements between members and other owners for the purpose of agricultural production, as well as the sale and trade of agricultural products. In addition, branches of business which serve to promote agricultural production are permitted. The cooperative may also provide services related to agricultural production and its marketing, as well as any action that appears economically reasonable for the promotion of its purpose. The cooperative may sublease all or part of its business and limit itself to managing its own holdings.
