1. the implementation of temporary employment and the improvement of the social and professional qualifications of the unemployed and workers threatened by unemployment in order to improve occupational mobility, 2. the organisation and implementation of employment counselling and job placement as well as personnel consulting, outplacement and outsourcing, 3. practical and theoretical training, 4. the testing and implementation of models of the integration possibilities of welfare recipients in the 1st labour market, 5. the planning, organisation and implementation of labour market policy pilot projects to make use of temporary employment as an instrument for the integration of women into the 1st labour market, 6. the testing of labour market policy model projects 7. the establishment of cooperation with the employment offices, Thuringian educational institutions, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the LEG, the Chambers of Crafts and the other organisations and associations of the economy as well as the Unions.
