- The object of the company is the management of existing participations and participations yet to be acquired as well as the activity as a holding company managing the business. The company may engage in all business activities that are directly or indirectly suited to serve the purpose of the company. In particular, it may participate in other companies, even if they have a different corporate purpose, acquire them, establish them, take over the management of such companies as well as establish branches in Germany and abroad and conclude inter-company agreements. The acquisition and management of participations of all kinds, the assumption of management tasks as well as the provision of financial and services of all kinds, in particular in the field of IT, for consulting, planning and realisation as well as maintenance of digitalisation projects and the procurement and sale of IT hardware and software solutions. Excluded from this are services that are not permitted under § 32 Sec. 1 in connection with § 1 German Banking Act (KWG).
