The society wants to make a non-profit contribution to the development and application of generally accepted methods for the analysis of systems and for solving complex problems in the fields of natural sciences, in particular physics and computer science. The aim of the founding of the institute is to bring together scientists from the above-mentioned fields and to provide a platform for workshops, symposia and working stays for the promotion of talented students and young scientists. To this end, the Society will build up a pool of experience, methods and contacts in which the knowledge of its members will flow and which will be available to all interested parties in the form of advice and expert work. The main areas of expertise are: research into the spatial and temporal development of complex systems; dealing with non-linear behaviors such as instability, chaos and self-organization; but also the solution of practical problems such as analysis, simulation and optimization of systems especially, but not exclusively, in the fields of optics, data analysis and computer science; The purpose of the society is the interdisciplinary study of questions of applied research. The aim is to use both public and private funds for research. The society considers itself to be particularly obliged to take up the manifold impulses of different branches of science and to mediate understanding and cooperation across existing borders. As part of a growing network of associations and on the initiative of individuals, general solution strategies and methods for overarching problems are to be found and offered from a unified point of view. The company's purpose is achieved in particular by: a) implementation, suggestion, support and evaluation of scientific research projects, b) reviewing research proposals, research projects, diploma theses and doctorates, c) promotion and supervision of students and doctoral candidates, d) implementation of conferences, seminars and training courses, e) advice and support of shareholders and interested parties in all questions concerning the subject and purpose of the f) education to promote public discussion on all aspects of the purpose of the company, g) provision of information services for citizens or institutions who contact the company with inquiries in the sense of the company's purpose, h) publication of own and other research results, i) publication of information materials and presentation of the institute on the Internet, j) Further training offers within the framework of the corporate purpose of the Institute. The Company may operate all transactions that serve the company's purposes directly or indirectly. You may establish branches and participate in similar or similar organizations, which are recognized organizations under public utility law within the meaning of the Tax Code.
