Object
(1) priority is to provide safe and socially responsible housing for the broad sections of the population. The company builds, manages, manages and manages buildings in all legal and uses, including homes and condominiums. (4) The company shall adapt its housing stock in accordance with its economic requirements. In the case of planned sales of dwellings from their portfolio, alternatives to recovery must be examined in advance. (5) The company is also committed to the protection of its tenants in the case of Section 15 paragraph 2 no. 13 of this partnership agreement. In such sales cases, it guarantees the protection of tenants by agreeing a social charter with the respective purchaser.
