Establishment, operation and further development of a "State Cancer Registry of Thuringia" and the fulfilment of the obligations arising from § 65c of the Fifth Book of the Social Security Code (SGB V) as well as the provisions of § 1 para. 2 of the Act on Cancer Registries (Cancer Registry Act KRG) of 4 November 1994 (BGBI. I p. 3351) sentence 2 and the tasks of a state cancer registry resulting from the currently valid version of the Thuringian Cancer Registry Act (ThürKRG).
