Object
is the fulfilment of transferable tasks of road-bound local public transport (ÖPNV), in particular the guarantee of public transport and the assumption of operational management tasks. The Company may conclude all transactions promoting this purpose and with this in an organizational context. It is entitled to participate in other, similar or similar companies. It can act as a personally liable partner and also appoint a managing director. It may conclude contracts with other similar undertakings or public bodies with a view to the implementation of the company's purpose. In addition, the object of the company includes all activities in the field of public passenger transport by motor vehicles that serve the purpose of the company and are permissible, in particular the management, planning and operation of passenger transport services, the execution of special forms of regular services; occasional services by buses, taxis and rental cars; the organization and execution of trips of any kind; the assumption and performance of passenger transport services of any kind for other similar undertakings; the planning, financing, construction and management of passenger transport facilities. The object of the company also includes consulting, brokerage and trading activities related to these tasks, the acquisition and management of real estate owned by the company, the trade in motor vehicles of any kind (new and used) as well as the rental and repair of motor vehicles of any kind.
