Object
is the operation of medical care centres within the meaning of § 95 SGB V, in particular within the framework of contractual medical and private medical care as well as other outpatient medical and non-medical medical activities, to the exclusion of inpatient treatment. Other forms of medical care are open to the company or its institutions, insofar as they are legally permitted. The operation of the medical care centres or other forms of medical care is carried out to support persons who are dependent on the help of others within the meaning of § 53 AO. The above-mentioned persons must benefit from at least 2/3 of the benefits. The operation of the facilities also promotes public health and public health care.
