Object
the promotion of science, research, innovation and education/training, in particular in the field of polymer science, (bio-) organic and pharmaceutical/medicinal chemistry and chemical/physical analysis as well as related scientific areas of materials research. The purpose of the statutes is achieved in particular by: - the operation of a scientific and research institution within the meaning of § 68 No. 9 of the Tax Code - the implementation of research projects, - the award of research contracts, - participation in publicly funded research projects and joint projects, - the organisation of scientific events, - participation in scientific conferences and congresses or trade fairs, - the awarding of scholarships to students, for qualification theses and doctoral theses, - the awarding or co-financing of scientific prizes, - the support and implementation of vocational (further) education and training
