Advice on optical image processing; feasibility studies for the assessment of highly complex problems; Conception, design and component selection of image processing systems to solve customer-specific problems - Definition of minimum requirements - Selection of suitable recording methods (2D matrix camera / line scan camera, 3D laser line scanner, 3D profile projection, etc.) - Optical design and selection of suitable system components - Definition of framework conditions, such as working distances, system speed and communication with other systems; Development of specialized inspection algorithms for image processing systems; Integration of systems into existing or new plants; Commissioning of systems and support of the start of production for system optimization; Commissioning of systems and support of the start of production for system optimization; Communication connection to higher-level systems, e.g. for the automated documentation of test results, or for further use of the information in subsequent process steps; Analysis and optimization of existing image processing systems - Optimization of too high pseudo-reject rates (= actually error-free test parts that were incorrectly recognized as faulty by the system) - Speed optimization to reduce cycle times
