The object of the company is the production development, the elaboration of system solutions, the design of devices and components, and the construction of production equipment. The subject matter continues to be the sale of production developments, system solutions and designs in accordance with paragraph 1. The object is also the distribution of the products of the production as well as the distribution of merchandise. The Company is entitled to take all measures that appear to be directly or indirectly useful to achieve or promote its purpose. The establishment of branches is permitted.
