the promotion of public health, youth care and youth welfare; in particular, to support young people, adolescents and adults who are addicted to and at risk of addiction by means of scientifically justified measures and to counteract the development of addictive substance dependence through suitable, targeted measures; Implementation is carried out in particular by: a) to set up counselling centres for addicts and persons at risk of addiction as well as their relatives themselves and to take them over into their own sponsorship; (b) the operation of one or more inpatient therapy and rehabilitation centres and one or more aftercare facilities; c) to establish special therapeutic, educational and rehabilitative facilities, which are to have a scientifically justifiable therapy or rehabilitation concept and model character (e.g. clinical-inpatient facility for detoxification with motivation phase, sociotherapeutic home for depraved, difficult-to-rehabilitate addicts) both to establish themselves and to take over their own sponsorship; d) Operation of one or more nursing homes in accordance with SGB XI with a focus on the care of addicted or addicted people; (e) coordination of the company's facilities into an interconnected system in the interest of rehabilitation optimisation through seamless transfer, holistic rehabilitation plan and personnel links; f) support of scientific work on the question of the theory and practice of addiction work and, if necessary, initiation of scientific projects in sub-areas, in particular in the fields of therapy, counselling and rehabilitation; (g) Promotion of specialised training of therapeutic and pedagogical professionals in the field of addiction treatment
