In particular, the object of the company is the exercise of voting rights in the investee companies, the exercise of influence on the management of the investee companies and their uniform management or coordination of investment interests. The undertaking may undertake activities which correspond to the objects of the commercial establishments described in paragraph 1. In addition, the company can assume the tasks of controlling, financial management and internal audit for associated companies.
