Juni 1990 (GBl. der DDR vom 27. Juli 1990) as well as the fiduciary activity. Commercial and banking transactions are excluded. The company may establish branches, provided that the professional requirements are met (§ 34 StBerG and 12 Abs. 2 Steuerberatungsordnung).
