Object
The object of the undertaking, in particular for the purpose of safeguarding the public interest in the context of services of general interest, shall be all areas of action, taking into account nature and the environment, in particular in: - the collection, transport, treatment and disposal of waste of all kinds, recyclables, assets, special waste and similar substances; - street cleaning, including winter services; - the operation of animal shelters; the operation, rental and maintenance of toilet facilities; - the sale, maintenance and rental of containers, special equipment and special vehicles; - placement and counselling services in accordance with the first coat of paint; - the operation of landfill facilities and the sale of heat, electricity and gas from landfill and waste treatment plants, the manufacture of assets, - construction work related to the object of the company, in particular aftercare and recultivation services as well as the disposal and remediation of contaminated sites.
