Activities

- The Thüringer Arbeitsgemeinschaft Biomaterial e.V. (TAGB) unites developers, manufacturers and users of biomaterials in Thuringia. The association coordinates and promotes as a state-wide network through interdisciplinary cooperation between scientists in the fields of medicine and biology, biotechnology, materials science, materials and biomechanics, especially research and development in the field of materials for medicine and biotechnology (biomaterials).

- Founded in 1992, the Thüringer Arbeitsgemeinschaft Biomaterial e.V. offers a communication platform which, on the one hand, corresponds to the interdisciplinary research purpose in biomaterial research by uniting scientists from different disciplines and, on the other hand, is oriented towards the value-added chain of medical devices and in this way addresses developers, manufacturers and users alike.
