Further information

- On 09/04/1992, the ARBED group acquired the core segment of Maxhütte Unterwellenborn. On 01/07/1992, Stahlwerk Thüringen GmbH was founded. From January 2007 to January 2012, the business belonged to the Alfonso Gallardo group (Spain). In January 2012, the Brazilian CSN steel trust purchased the site.
